All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order until delivery.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

4. International Shipping
