At Mermey, we strive to ensure that every piece you receive makes you feel beautiful. However, if your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or exchange requests related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits, and clearly show the product and its condition. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
1. Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 5 days of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with no signs of wear, stains, or odors.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
• Customized or personalized orders
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@mermey.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will share instructions on where to send your package.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size of the same style (subject to availability). If you need an exchange, please reach out to us at support@mermey.com.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product.
Once verified, we will prioritise a replacement for you at the earliest.
